Pawsitivity offers a 1 year warranty on all of our products where we will repair or replace any defective items. Items eligible for warranty only include manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover chewed products, altered products or other issues unrelated to manufacturer defects. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to send back the item in order for us to apply the one time warranty. The item must be sent back for us to repair or replace the item.
